If you would like to put on an event in the Square Social Centre our deadline for event proposals is one week before the 1st of every month. We will review all the proposals and get back to you within a couple days of the deadline. Please fill out the form below or send us an e-mail to thesquare@riseup.net.
We offer the space for free to event organizers without funding. We would ask that if you have access to funding sources or can solicit funds for your event, to consider making a donation to contribute to our expenses.
If you’re an organization with funding that is requesting the space, we ask that you make a donation to keep the space open or consider becoming a monthly financial contributor.
Late Events
If you have an event which you weren’t able to get in before our deadline we will give special consideration to events which are time sensitive. Events submitted after our deadline will not make it on our monthly calendar and will therefore receive less promotional help.
